Club Iar Aire Scoil na gCeithre Máistrí will commence on Wednesday the 07/10/26
A once off registration form must be completed before any bookings are accepted.
The Registration form is available at the office. Or can be downloaded on our website HERE
and handed into office. Anyone who has outstanding balances with Carrie & Colm’s please ensure this is paid before filling this form as all balances need to be cleared before starting.
Once the form is completed you can then make bookings weekly. Bookings must be received for the following week before Wednesday at the latest each week. Once first booking is received, each child will receive a Ziplock folder where bookings can be made and money sent in. We are currently working on Aladdin e-payments and hope to have this option available shortly. For now, the quickest way to get up and running is to use cash payments only which will be receipted.
There is a limit to what we can accommodate in each slot, places will be allocated based on first bookings received with payments.
Blocks are as follows –
1:50-2:50 = first block.
2:50-4:50 = second block.
Parents may wish to choose both blocks for 1:50-4:50 & this option will be available on the booking form
Children who are booked in will be collected from their line at home time and brought to the club.
Club closes at 4:50pm SHARP.

Designated entrance: On arrival to collect a child, the parent/guardian or authorised collector should press the Club Iar Aire doorbell at the designated entrance at the Infants yard where the Yellow and Red School bus are. (Not Carrie and Colm’s Door).
Two-way communication: The doorbell includes a camera and two-way audio. Staff may use it to see and speak with the collector and may ask the collector to state their name and the name of the child/children being collected.
Handover: The collector should remain outside / at the entrance while the child is brought to the door. A child will only be released to a parent/guardian, an authorised collector named on this form, or where an alternative arrangement has been confirmed with the club Iar aire.
Please remember that prompt booking, payment and on time collection from everyone is the only way we can provide this service. There will be bumps and mistakes along the way please be patient and don’t be afraid to give us your feedback.
